You’ll start by working from home, but as we continue to expand, you’ll move into our brand-new office in Team Valley. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be speaking with potential customers, managing leads, and helping them find the right solutions for their needs. If you love chatting to people, hitting goals, and want a role where no two days are the same — this could be the perfect fit for you. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility is key. You’ll work on a shift pattern that may change seasonally depending on business needs — but you’ll always know your schedule in advance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our services and offers.
- Building great relationships and providing a friendly, helpful experience every time.
- Managing and following up on leads to grow your sales pipeline.
- Working towards realistic, achievable sales targets — with commission up for grabs when you hit them!

- Confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the training and support to thrive!
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive pay plus a great commission structure.
- The chance to work from home initially, then join a fun, supportive office team in Team Valley.
- Flexible shift pattern that may change seasonally.
- A friendly, down-to-earth team that loves to celebrate success.
- Opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand.
