Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gas Fitter specializing in internal works, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Gas Fitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances within residential and commercial properties. Additional tasks include conducting safety inspections, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role may also involve providing consultations on the selection and setup of appropriate gas-related systems for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in gas fitting, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and repairing gas system issues
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Good understanding of safety protocols and industry standards
- Valid, current gas certification and relevant licenses
