akt in Manchester is looking for a part‑time, temporary role within the Manchester Services Team.
You will work with LGBTQ+ young people aged 18–25 to prevent homelessness, carrying out holistic assessments and providing advice, support and advocacy to resolve housing and related issues.
You will source accommodation options, build relationships with providers, and help embed akt’s services across Greater Manchester through presentations and networking.
