The Mission: Why We Exist

Genomics is a science-led transatlantic TechBio combining large-scale genetic and health data with proprietary analytics to accelerate drug discovery and advance predictive, preventative healthcare. We are united by a single vision to help people live longer, healthier lives, using the power of genomics.

Role Purpose

As our Partnership Manager, you'll be the person our life science partners rely on - the trusted scientific peer who keeps complex projects on track, relationships strong, and discoveries moving forward. You'll lead your own portfolio of partnerships independently while contributing to some of our most strategic accounts, sitting at the intersection of science, commercial impact, and human connection. This is a role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a partner succeed - and who understands that the work we do together could one day change how diseases are found, treated, and prevented.

A Day in the Life

  • Client Delivery: You’ll own the day-to-day running of your partnerships - keeping stakeholders engaged, projects on course, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the quality our partners expect and deserve.
  • Project & Financial Ownership: You’ll hold the reins on timelines, budgets, and resources for your accounts, bringing the kind of rigour and care that keeps things running smoothly even when they get complicated.
  • Strategic Growth: You’ll develop a genuine understanding of your partners’ goals - spotting the moments where Genomics can offer more, and shaping those conversations with sensitivity and scientific credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with Science, Finance, Legal, and Commercial colleagues, bringing people together around a shared purpose and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Practice Building: Beyond your accounts, you’ll contribute to initiatives that strengthen how our Technology Enabled Life Sciences practice operates - helping us get better at what we do, together.

Who You Are

You have a strong scientific foundation - ideally a PhD or MSc in genetics, genomics, or a related life science - and you can hold your own in a conversation with a statistical geneticist or a pharma R&D lead. You’ve worked in a client-facing role in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare - whether in consulting, alliance management, or a similar capacity - and you know what it takes to earn and keep a partner's trust. You’re a natural organiser who takes real ownership of your work, keeping budgets, timelines, and stakeholders aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture. You notice opportunities others might miss - when a partner’s challenge maps onto something Genomics does well, you know how to shape that conversation thoughtfully. You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and bring warmth and clarity to every team you work with.
