Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world's operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data. Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events – improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before – with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time.
Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real‐time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting‐edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce – improving outcomes and saving lives.
Position Overview
As Marketing Executive, Demand and Intelligence, you will play a hands‐on role within Proximie's Demand and Intelligence unit, the strategic engine of our global marketing function. You will execute demand generation campaigns, maintain the operational backbone of our lead handover framework, and keep market and competitive intelligence flowing to the commercial team. You will run paid campaigns end‐to‐end, keep HubSpot and lead workflows in great shape, and ensure every qualified lead is cleanly handed over to Sales, while also supporting sales enablement, performance reporting, and market insight. The role requires someone who can scan the market and keep on top of customer and competitor intel, translating this into sales enablement for our commercial teams.
This is an execution‐focused role for a curious, commercially‐minded marketer who thrives in a fast‐paced healthcare technology environment. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the Operational Marketing team, you'll translate strategy into activity and activity into pipeline – equally comfortable building a LinkedIn campaign, pulling a funnel report, tracking competitor moves, or drafting a one‐pager for Sales. You'll be given real ownership from day one and the opportunity to grow alongside a senior leader across demand generation, intelligence, and sales enablement.

- Compile data and research to feed into sales enablement, core messaging, and internal reporting.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in buyer journey mapping, including lead scoring, grading, and nurture refinement.
