We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven VAT Manager or Senior Manager to join our Taunton or Bristol office. This is a pivotal role in our VAT consultancy team where you will advise clients, contacts, partners and our AG people on all matters relating to indirect taxes and principally VAT. You will naturally also be comfortable networking and generating your own portfolio. You will collaborate closely with others, giving you the opportunity to make an impact while advancing your own career.
What we need from you
- Have a good grounding in VAT, covering the wide ranging aspects of the tax
- Have knowledge and experience in dealing with VAT issues relating to land and property, partial exemption, international services, charities and not for profit organisations, and complex VAT transactions
- Be a confident communicator, both verbally and in written communication
- Show excellent people skills and the ability to offer outstanding service to clients
- Have self‑motivation and a strong work ethic
