What you’ll be doing
You’ll contribute to a broad and engaging range of activities, with a real opportunity to influence how we support teams across the firm. Key areas include:
- Providing support and guidance across the firm on a variety of quality and compliance matters, building strong relationships, supporting sound decision‑making and acting as a trusted and approachable advisor.
- Managing and supporting the quality assurance review process, and working collaboratively to translate review findings into meaningful, practical improvements.

This role will suit someone who is a self‑starter, enjoys variety and empowerment, values working closely with others and has proven experience of building trust and impactful relationships across the firm.
