The role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our Financial Planning team in Taunton, on either a full or part time basis.
In this vital support role, you will work closely with our Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the client journey. You will conduct research and compile clear, accurate reports to support financial recommendations, as well as processing and tracking new business applications and managing online platforms with attention to detail.
You’ll be regularly communicating with clients, product providers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a great service standard.
What we need from you
- Previous experience within a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back office system, although we are also keen to hear from any applicants wanting to take their first step in to Financial Planning
- An awareness of FCA compliance requirements
- An interest in progressing with industry qualifications
- Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A love of working in a team, with a focus on client care
