We're looking for a proactive and people focussed Client Services Team Leader to join our Financial Planning team in Taunton. In this support role, you will lead our team of administrators, working closely with our Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include providing team leadership with administrative support across all stages of the client journey. You will conduct team reviews, help train, and ensure that we're following the correct processes on our Intelligent Office Database. You will manage new business applications through to completion with client care and satisfaction as a high priority.
You'll be regularly communicating with clients, product providers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a great service standard.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience of managing administration teams
- Previous experience within a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back office system
- An awareness of FCA compliance requirements
- An interest in progressing with industry qualifications
- Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A love of working in a team, with a focus on client care
