Manager or Senior Manager, Outsourced Finance Manager / Senior Manager – Outsourced Finance – Taunton or Yeovil Job Overview We are recruiting for a qualified accountant to join the Outsourced Finance department in our Taunton or Yeovil office at Manager or Senior Manager level.
This key client‑facing role involves reviewing management accounts, providing insightful commentary, and working closely with business owners and management teams to help them understand performance and make strategic decisions.
The successful candidate will act as the senior point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients, develop people and service delivery within the department, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities Review and analyse management accounts and provide insightful commentary.
Act as senior point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients.
Support development of people and service delivery within the department.
Assist in business development activities to support growth of the Outsourced Finance offering.
Maintain technical standards and support the team in robust and consistent work.
What we need from you ACA or ACCA qualified.
Post‑qualification experience within a practice environment.
Exposure to a broad client base including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Strong technical knowledge, including FRS 102 1A and FRS 105.
Interest in management accounting and in‑year advisory services.
Confidence reviewing work and providing clear, constructive feedback.
Experience developing and coaching others.
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable building trusted client relationships.
Excellent people skills and commitment to outstanding client service.
