Albert Cottage is a busy 10-bedroom boutique hotel in East Cowes that can accommodate up to 24 guests and welcomes outside guests for breakfast. We are looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef who is used to working with fresh produce and creating cooked breakfasts to order. We offer a discerning range of breakfast dishes from the traditional full English, fish and continental options, vegetarian and vegan choices, and we accommodate special dietary requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to order using fresh ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Assist with menu planning and adapt dishes to dietary requirements where needed.
Hours and Employment Type
This position is part-time with hours from 7am until 11am, five days a week, including weekends. There is potential to take on additional hours on fresh food preparation if desired.
Experience and Training
While an experienced Breakfast Chef is preferred, it is not essential as long as you have kitchen preparation and service experience. Full training will be provided under the guidance of our Head Chef.
