- Produce investor-grade materials (teasers, information memoranda, CIMs, management presentations, equity stories, board-level decision papers) with precision and narrative clarity
- Directly engage with executive leadership , financial sponsors, strategic acquirers, and third-party advisors to steer transactions through to completion in high-intensity environments
- Develop and originate actionable investment themes through sector mapping, competitor analysis, regulatory scanning, and whitespace identification across high-barrier, capital-intensive markets
- Coach and manage junior bankers , setting performance standards and ensuring analytical output is both technically rigorous and commercially viable
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of transaction execution experience within a top-tier investment bank, elite boutique, or private capital environment, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder M&A
- Demonstrable deal sheet across high-conviction sectors such as industrial automation, energy infrastructure, decarbonisation technologies, or engineered capital assets
- Fluency in capital structure dynamics , financing instruments, and cross-jurisdictional transaction processes, including experience with sponsor-led and founder-owned assets
- Highly developed commercial acumen , capable of translating sector and business model complexity into investment narratives that resonate with institutional capital
- Track record of independently managing high-pressure deal environments , interfacing with CFOs, investment committees, and external counsel
- Relentless attention to detail and output quality , with the ability to operate with minimal oversight and drive transactions across internal and external stakeholders
- Credibility, presence, and client-handling maturity , with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and an intrinsic bias for execution excellence
