Role Overview
We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our most valuable users. This role focuses on delivering white-glove, highly personalised service to high-net-worth individuals and high-volume traders, with a strong emphasis on retention, satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate combines excellent relationship management skills with a strong understanding of financial products and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing proactive, tailored, and responsive support
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and preferences
- Act as the internal advocate for VIP users, collaborating closely with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Support teams
- Monitor account activity and user health metrics to identify retention risks and growth opportunities
- Execute VIP engagement initiatives such as personalised communications, exclusive offers, and special events
- Ensure timely, high-quality resolution of client issues with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Contribute to reporting on VIP satisfaction, revenue contribution, and retention performance
Skills & Experience
- 3β5 yearsβ experience in account management, client services, or relationship-focused roles
- Experience working with high-value clients or premium customer segments
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and/or digital assets
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage demanding stakeholders effectively
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
