They\’re building an AI-native workspace that\’s changing how enterprises operate, with live deployments already proving real impact.
They\’re now looking for
two experienced Full-Stack Engineers
to join their London team.
This is a chance to work directly with a proven founding team (multiple successful exits) and play a key role in building production-ready AI systems used globally.
The Role
You\’ll be hands-on across the stack frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
You\’ll help design and ship AI-powered features at scale, from multi-agent frameworks to retrieval pipelines and model fine-tuning.

What They\’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with React +
Solid backend development (Python preferred)
Experience with databases, Redis, and background workers
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD
Hands-on experience building AI products in production (RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning, evals a plus)
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
