What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Product and Engineering from discovery onwards, translating business logic into precise, testable acceptance criteria and proactively identifying risk through a strong shift-left testing mindset.
- Design and maintain automated test suites across multiple layers (unit, integration, API, and end-to-end) using frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress, ensuring robust coverage of business-critical user flows.
- Improve CI/CD reliability within a Continuous Delivery environment, maintaining high-signal pipelines across microservice and API-driven architectures to provide trusted release confidence.
- Elevate engineering standards by mentoring others in automation design, modern testing strategy, and the effective use of AI-assisted development tooling, embedding quality earlier in the development lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing automated tests across multiple layers (unit, integration, API, acceptance).
- Experience with microservice architecture.
Why This Role is Exciting:
- Join a growing QA function.

- Have a real say in direction setting.
- Work directly with leadership to help shape the QA strategy for now and in the future.
