Building high-impact product organisations at startups and scaleups in FinTech, AI & Complex Data by connecting senior Product & Design talent with an emerging AI platform transforming how global enterprises build and deliver complex workflows. Backed by world-class investors, they’re scaling fast and building a brand that will define a new category in enterprise technology. The design function is being built from zero - no legacy, no red tape, no inherited systems. You’ll be one of the first creative hires shaping the voice, identity, and visual language of the entire company.
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own and evolve their brand from the ground up. You’ll work closely with marketing and executive leadership to create a bold, world-class identity that stands out in a rapidly growing AI market. What You’ll Do
- Define and build a complete brand identity system - from foundational principles to execution
- Lead a potential full rebrand and develop a category-defining visual framework
- Create brand guidelines, design systems, and scalable visual standards
- Turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Ensure consistency of the brand across marketing, product, sales, and external communications
- Experiment with emerging tools and generative AI to push creative boundaries
- Partner closely with marketing leadership and collaborate cross-functionally across the company
What We’re Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in brand design or visual identity work
- Experience at top-tier branding studios or high-growth tech/AI companies
- A portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking, strong conceptual work, and refined visual craft
- Strategic, opinionated design thinking paired with openness to iteration
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, moving fast, and shipping at a high bar
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; strong stakeholder alignment capabilities
