We’re partnering with an established technology company specialising in enterprise software, blockchain, artificial intelligence and advanced privacy solutions. They’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business, manage full-cycle enterprise sales and help expand the company’s presence across the UK and international markets.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine new-business role covering the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposals, negotiation and close. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and collaborate with technical and product teams to understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting through to close
- Identify and engage new enterprise customers
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting and networking
- Lead discovery calls, presentations and commercial discussions
- Understand customer requirements and position tailored technology solutions
- Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and forecasts
- Represent the business at industry conferences and networking events
- Travel across the UK, Europe and occasionally further afield
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of B2B enterprise software or technology sales experience
- Proven full-cycle sales experience, not purely BDR, Customer Success or account management
- A track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
- Experience selling complex software, technology or consulting solutions
- Strong enterprise prospecting, discovery, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Experience using CRM systems
- UK-based with unrestricted right to work; sponsorship is not available
- Comfortable attending the London office twice per week
- Willing to attend industry events, including occasional breakfasts, evenings and weekends
Nice to Have
- MEDDIC or MEDDPICC training
- Experience selling into enterprise or regulated organisations
- Exposure to blockchain, Web3, digital assets or AI
- Experience within a scaling technology company
