A rapidly scaling enterprise AI platform is redefining how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. The product transforms complex, manual financial workflows into automated AI systems deployed across global teams.

Within its first year of commercial growth, the company became one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI platforms in its category and recently secured a $75M Series A, led by top-tier fintech and venture investors. Total funding now stands at $90M. The business operates across multiple geographies and serves large financial institutions worldwide.

We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead and scale the finance function globally. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the founders, with full ownership of financial operations across entities and regions. You will build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling enterprise AI company operating in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. This is not a steady-state finance position. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift and execution speed matters. The role requires resilience, commercial acumen, and comfort navigating ambiguity while building scalable financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
  • Oversee multi-entity financial management using Xero
  • Manage complex enterprise invoicing structures (hybrid pricing, contract-based billing)
  • Optimise payment processing and reconciliation workflows to ensure accuracy and strong customer experience
  • Deliver accurate and timely management reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and refine the company's financial model
  • Ensure statutory compliance and filings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance experience, ideally within a scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA / CPA advantageous)
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero
  • Experience managing complex enterprise contracts and hybrid pricing models
  • Strong Excel capability (advanced formulas, financial modelling, reporting automation)
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker) is beneficial
  • Proven experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadership
What's on Offer
  • Direct exposure to founders with multiple successful venture-backed exits
  • Competitive base salary + meaningful equity
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to play a central role in global expansion (including APAC growth)
  • High ownership, high visibility position within a category-defining AI company

This is an opportunity for a finance leader who wants to build, not maintain, someone ready to shape the financial engine of a rapidly scaling enterprise AI platform serving global financial institutions. If you are motivated by ownership, pace, and impact, we would welcome a conversation.
