We’re working with a leading digital and technology consultancy to hire an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to own and drive successful delivery across medium to large-scale client engagements. This is a senior delivery role where you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for outcomes, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality are effectively managed while leading agile delivery across complex environments. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to keep workstreams aligned, risks managed, and delivery on track. You’ll also help shape delivery best practice and support the development of other delivery professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements
  • Own delivery plans, governance, reporting, and forecasting
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery performance
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate agile delivery and continuous improvement
  • Support budgeting, resourcing, and commercial inputs
  • Mentor and support junior delivery colleagues

  • Strong experience in delivery management within digital/tech/consulting
  • Solid Agile delivery experience

  • Strong risk, dependency, and governance capability
  • Commercial awareness (budgeting, forecasting, delivery impact)
  • Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor others
