Are you a CRM leader who loves getting hands-on and wants to help shape the future of crypto-powered financial services? We’re looking for a Head of CRM (EMEA) to own and drive customer lifecycle strategy across one of the most exciting regions in crypto today. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, data, and local markets—with real ownership and real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end CRM strategy for EMEA, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, monetisation and reactivation.
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) — this is a hands-on role, not just strategy.
- Partner closely with Country Heads and local teams to tailor CRM programmes to market-specific behaviour and regulatory needs.
