We’re looking for a Head of Acquisition (EMEA) to own and scale new customer growth across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This is a senior, high‑impact role where you’ll define acquisition strategy and lead execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging performance channels.
Responsibilities- Set the strategy for EMEA acquisition and deliver measurable growth.
- Manage media and creative agencies to execute campaigns that convert.
- Optimize performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Localize campaigns for diverse markets while ensuring compliance (GDPR and regional regulations).
- Experiment relentlessly with audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Own budgets, CAC targets, and reporting for the region.
- 5+ years in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
- Hands‑on experience with paid social and paid search.
- Proven ability to scale acquisition across multiple markets.
