About the Company

Backed by top‑tier investors and experiencing explosive growth, they’re building a brand from the ground up and need a Creative Director who can define an entire category through world‑class storytelling, design, and motion.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the creative vision across all brand, product, and marketing surfaces
  • Lead concept development for campaigns, launches, product explainers, and narrative work
  • Oversee design, motion, and copy to deliver cohesive, high‑impact creative
  • Build a scalable, unified brand system from scratch
  • Direct a major rebrand and a full website rebuild
  • Translate complex workflows into clear, compelling narratives
  • Provide hands‑on creative leadership, mentoring designers and guiding end‑to‑end craft
  • Manage external creative partners to ensure consistent output and quality

What You Bring

  • 8‑10 years in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling
  • A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and refined visual taste
  • Proven experience shaping or scaling a brand at a high‑growth company or leading agency
  • Ability to direct designers, motion artists, copywriters, and video teams
