We’re partnering with a leading digital and technology consultancy to appoint a senior Client Partner who will own and grow some of the organisation’s most strategic and complex client relationships. This is a Principal-level role with full accountability across commercial performance, delivery success, client satisfaction and long-term account strategy.
You’ll operate as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and C-suite sponsors, lead enterprise-scale commercial negotiations, and bring together multidisciplinary delivery, technology and account teams to ensure clients receive one joined-up experience. Beyond your own accounts, you’ll help shape the wider client function by raising standards, influencing commercial strategy and developing the next generation of client-facing leaders.
Key responsibilities include:- Owning strategic client partnerships end-to-end
- Building trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Developing account growth and commercial strategies
- Leading MSAs, large SOWs, pricing, forecasting, margin and P&L discussions
- Overseeing delivery performance, governance and client satisfaction
- Leading complex escalations with calmness and accountability
- Aligning delivery, technical, commercial and account teams
- Mentoring client-facing colleagues and shaping best practice
What we’re looking for: You’ll have extensive experience owning large, complex client relationships within a digital, technology, transformation or professional services environment. You’ll also bring:
- A proven track record of growing enterprise-scale accounts
- Strong commercial and negotiation expertise
- Credibility with board-level and C-suite stakeholders
- A solid understanding of digital and technology delivery
- Experience leading multidisciplinary client teams
- Excellent governance, risk and escalation management skills
- A track record of mentoring and developing client-facing leaders
Experience working with UK public sector clients, government procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud or DOS, or regulated industries would be highly advantageous.
