About the Company
Albert Bow is supporting a rapidly scaling AI company that’s transforming how major global organisations produce and validate high‑stakes work. Backed by top‑tier investors and experiencing explosive growth, they’re building a brand from the ground up and need a Creative Director who can define an entire category through world‑class storytelling, design, and motion.
What You’ll Do
- Own the creative vision across all brand, product, and marketing surfaces
- Lead concept development for campaigns, launches, product explainers, and narrative work
- Oversee design, motion, and copy to deliver cohesive, high‑impact creative
- Build a scalable, unified brand system from scratch
- Direct a major rebrand and a full website rebuild
- Translate complex workflows into clear, compelling narratives
- Provide hands‑on creative leadership, mentoring designers and guiding end‑to‑end craft
- Manage external creative partners to ensure consistent output and quality
What You Bring
- 8‑10 years in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling
- A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and refined visual taste
- Proven experience shaping or scaling a brand at a high‑growth company or leading agency
- Ability to direct designers, motion artists, copywriters, and video teams
- Instincts for powerful narrative and the ability to simplify complexity
