I’m working with a fast-scaling AI company who just raised 75M in the Series A and already working with some of the most recognisable organisations in the world. They’re building an AI-native workspace that’s changing how enterprises operate, with live deployments already proving real impact.
They’re now looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join their London team. This is a chance to work directly with a proven founding team (multiple successful exits) and play a key role in building production-ready AI systems used globally.
They are looking for a Platform Engineer who has done this before, someone who can architect cloud systems from the ground up, keep them secure and audit-ready, and give the engineering team the tooling they need to ship fast and ship confidently.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across backend, frontend, and data services
- Take ownership of cloud cost management, optimising spend without compromising performance
- Cloud & IaC: Azure (AWS a bonus), Terraform, AKS / Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions
- Networking: VPCs, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls — you know your way around
- Data: Provisioning and scaling production-grade PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and blob storage
- Strong Python or Bash for automation and internal tooling
Competitive salary + meaningful equity. This won’t be easy, priorities shift, timelines are ambitious, and expectations are high. But if you’re looking to be part of something career-defining and at the forefront of applied AI, this could be the right move.
