- Developing core components of a live trading system (order management, execution, strategy tooling)
- Contributing across backend and frontend development
- Building dashboards and analytics tools
- Working on AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Collaborating closely with a Senior Developer and Head of Electronic Trading
- Owning meaningful parts of the system as it scales
Tech Stack

What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in Java (non-negotiable)
- 1–3+ years commercial experience (or strong junior profile)
- Experience with Spring Boot and APIs
- Exposure to cloud / DevOps tooling
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity
- Interest in financial markets or trading systems
Nice to have:
- Exposure to low-latency or real-time systems
- Any experience within FX, trading, or fintech environments
Why Join?
- Work on a live trading system from day one
- Direct exposure to buy-side trading and eFX infrastructure
- High ownership in a lean, elite team
- Fast progression as the fund scales
- Bonus directly linked to impact (especially infrastructure delivery)
