The Mission

You’ll lead the entire VIP function across the UK & EU, shaping strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving engagement that directly impacts revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value. What You’ll Lead

  • Set the strategic direction for VIP engagement across EMEA.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of VIP Account Managers.
  • Drive LTV growth through cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives.
  • Launch VIP-only events, referral programs, and exclusive product experiences.
  • Analyse behaviour data to refine engagement strategies.
  • Report directly to senior leadership on KPIs and VIP revenue performance.
