We’re looking for someone who wants to work on high‑availability, secure, global financial infrastructure powering millions of users. You’ll work across modern backend architecture, building services that are fast, resilient, secure and built to scale, all while collaborating closely with product, mobile, and frontend teams.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing and improving backend services that power web + mobile applications
- Building and maintaining high‑performance APIs and distributed microservices
- Solving problems around scalability, reliability, security, and automation
- Working with modern API protocols including GraphQL and gRPC
- Enhancing the platform that connects both traditional and on‑chain financial services
Must‑have experience:
- Strong backend engineering background with deep coding experience
- Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) and/or Golang
- Solid understanding of microservices, event‑driven systems & distributed architecture
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Redis
- Understanding of web semantics, API design & backend web standards
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Experience with CI/CD, build automation and modern engineering pipelines
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work cross‑functionally
Bonus experience:
- Building APIs for high‑scale consumer or B2B products
- Working with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, NSQ, or Pulsar
- Integrating external APIs/services
- Performance optimisation & working under performance budgets
- Interest or experience in cryptocurrencies, Web3, or digital assets
- Open‑source contributions or tech blogs/talks
