About the Company:

I’m working with an exciting, rapidly growing fintech startup currently in stealth mode. They are developing innovative technology solutions that have the potential to disrupt the financial services industry. We are now looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about building groundbreaking products and scaling engineering teams in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical vision and strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Oversee the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Act as a mentor to engineering managers and senior developers, providing guidance and leadership to grow their careers.
  • Drive the recruitment process for engineering talent, ensuring the team expands with the best talent available.
