The Role
As a BI Developer, you''ll own the analytics layer that enables the business to make faster, smarter decisions.
You''ll transform complex data into intuitive dashboards, build scalable data models, and create self-service reporting that empowers teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
Working closely with engineers, founders, and commercial teams, you''ll help shape how the business measures growth, customer adoption, operational performance, and product success.
- What You''ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain scalable BI dashboards using Looker.
- Develop clean, well-structured SQL models and business metrics.
- Design semantic data models that provide consistent reporting across the business.
- Work with large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Create automated reporting and monitoring for key business KPIs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting.
- Build self-service analytics that allow teams to answer their own questions quickly.
- Support forecasting, customer analytics, product usage reporting, and operational performance tracking.
- What We''re Looking For
- 5+ years'' experience in a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analytics role.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or a similar BI platform.
- Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Big Query.
- Understanding of data modelling and best practices for analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt.
- Python for data analysis or automation.
- Exposure to AWS.
- Experience working with product analytics or Saa S metrics.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
