We're partnering with a cutting-edge Web3 financing platform that empowers users to buy, sell, and trade hundreds of digital assets seamlessly. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Backend Blockchain Engineer to join their growing London-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and enhancing the software that interacts directly with native crypto assets, DeFi protocols, tokens, and smart contracts.
  • Working across multiple blockchains and decentralized networks, expect variety!
  • Expanding the functionality of existing systems and writing robust, maintainable tests.
  • Taking ownership within a large, complex codebase and contributing to meaningful product evolution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within backend-heavy roles.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience using SDKs like ethers.js, web3.js, or bitcoinjs-lib.
  • Comfortable writing tests with Jest.
  • Bonus points for experience with Golang, but not essential.
