You’ll be working across:
- Multi-AZ high availability architecture
- AWS Network Firewall & WAF implementation
- Monitoring, observability & audit logging
- Security boundary design & cloud governance
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly available AWS infrastructure across multiple AZs
- Configure EC2, EBS, and database backup/recovery strategies
- Implement automated failover and manual DR recovery processes
- Define RTO/RPO targets and validate recovery testing
- Deploy and harden AWS WAF, Network Firewall, Security Groups & NACLs
- Improve IAM posture, MFA enforcement, and least-privilege access models
- Configure CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, alerting & dashboards
- Produce architecture documentation, runbooks, and recovery procedures
