Mid–Senior Brand Designer | London, Onsite | Enterprise AI
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing AI startup transforming how major financial institutions operate. Following a $75 million Series A, the business is looking for a hands‑on Brand Designer to help build a distinctive brand from the ground up.
Working directly with the Creative Director, Marketing Lead and founding team, you’ll develop original creative ideas and bring them to life across campaigns, digital marketing, social media, outdoor advertising, events and product launches.
This role offers genuine creative ownership, combining concept development with the craft and attention to detail needed to deliver outstanding design.
Responsibilities
- Develop original campaign concepts that communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Help shape and evolve the company’s visual identity.
- Deliver creative across digital, social, outdoor, events and launch campaigns.
- Create compelling layouts, typography and visual storytelling.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to turn business priorities into creative work.
- Build consistent, adaptable design assets as the brand grows.
- Take projects from initial idea through to finished execution.
Skills & Experience
- Around 5–7 years of experience in brand design, art direction or a creative agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts and exceptional execution.
- Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Motion design experience would be a plus.
- Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative decisions.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced startup.
- A desire to stay hands‑on and take ownership of your work.
