We are currently on the lookout for a Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of organising and coordinating our training initiatives, ensuring that all employees have access to the resources they need to succeed. Your enthusiasm for coaching and developing talent will play a pivotal role in reinforcing our commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, conduct, assess and record training activities
- Support on the job training for key skill roles
- Timeously perform and record competency assessments, ensuring training matrices are up to date
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- Manage training schedules and communicate with participants and trainers
- Maintain communication with managers regarding ongoing training requirements and performance
- Collaborate with HR to assist in onboarding new employees through effective training
- Support Albert Bartlett\’s community engagement, including supporting school/college visits, and occasional in house community fundraising activities
- Previous experience in a similar training role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Passion for employee development and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
