Join our vibrant team at Albert Bartlett as a Technical Compliance Manager for our Chilled Food Manufacturing division, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety. In this engaging position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Technical, Safety and Quality systems for our delicious chilled products within a high-performing food manufacturing environment.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with production and quality assurance teams, sharing your expertise in HACCP, internal audit processes and food manufacturing compliance, ensuring everyone is aligned with our high standards. This role is not just about meeting regulations; it’s about fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the entire food manufacturing site.
You’ll coordinate BRC and customer unannounced audits, providing valuable insights and reports that help strengthen our quality systems. With your leadership, we will ensure that all testing programs align with our QMS, TACCP/VACCP, HACCP and wider food manufacturing requirements. And when the Technical Manager is away, you’ll confidently step up—ensuring our mission to deliver the best quality chilled food manufacturing products remains uncompromised.

- A background in quality assurance, quality control, food safety, and microbiological standards.

- EXPERIENCE MATTERS
- Proven managerial experience.
- Hands-on HACCP experience.
- Audit qualification and a track record of implementing effective food safety and quality management systems (BRC/Customer).
- Exceptional communication skills that resonate with a diverse audience.
