The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support Operations team by reporting on stock and manufacturing performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Support the ongoing implementation and improvement of the M3 system use through daily reconciliation and training, and understand problem drivers and correction of issues through engagement with the wider site operations team.
  • Collation, analysis and commentary of weekly reconciliation and investigation of variances.
  • Liaise with Technical, NPD and IT teams ensuring that the M3 BOM is kept up to date in line with product changes.
  • Continuously improve data processes to support the above.
  • Ensure all factory teams are trained on the use of M3 and scanning and monitor performance through KPI as set out by the operations management team.
  • Reduce M3 transaction errors by working with operatives on the production floor and identifying blockers to improvement and shortfalls.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong written reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel
  • Strong numerical/analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and meet deadlines with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Some systems management experience

Experience

  • The post holder will preferably have experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • In person, they will have good inter-personal and influencing skills to source information and steer progress, be methodical with attention to detail and ability to think in terms of processes and be fully competent in Excel.
  • Experience of ERP systems would be advantageous.
