Responsibilities
- Supervise the production process during the backshift, ensuring all targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operatives to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements based on production metrics and feedback.
