In this exciting position, you will lead our chilled production team during an engaging 4-day week, covering Friday through Monday. Your leadership will be key in ensuring our operations run smoothly, our products maintain high quality, and our team stays motivated.

What You\’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of production operatives, creating a fun and productive work environment.
- Ensure that production schedules meet customer needs while adhering to our exceptional quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety guidelines and drive our quality assurance protocols.
- Provide training and support to your team, empowering them to develop their skills and enhance performance.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
