In this exciting position, you will lead our chilled production team during an engaging 4-day week, covering Friday through Monday. Your leadership will be key in ensuring our operations run smoothly, our products maintain high quality, and our team stays motivated.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of production operatives, creating a fun and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that production schedules meet customer needs while adhering to our exceptional quality standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety guidelines and drive our quality assurance protocols.
  • Provide training and support to your team, empowering them to develop their skills and enhance performance.
  • Utilise data and feedback to identify improvements, fostering a culture of continuous growth and efficiency.
  • Act as a crucial link between management and the production floor, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Friday 05:30 OR 06:30 – 14:00 OR 15:00

Saturday 05:30 OR 06:30 – 17:30 OR 18:30

Monday 05:30 OR 06:30 – 14:00 OR 15:00

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of chilled production processes and familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for improving operational methods.
  • Effective communication skills to build rapport and maintain team engagement.
