The role of the Quality Auditor is to audit our processes to ensure product is to the correct specification and to ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety through coaching and sharing their expertise with production team members. The role includes assisting the Quality Manager with the continual development of both quality and technical systems in the production environment at the Albert Bartlett Westwick Site.

An important part of the role is to ensure that Albert Bartlett Quality and safety systems, HACCP and relevant audit procedures are met and addressing any concerns with colleagues and escalating when necessary. In this role, you will be expected to assist in the management of BRC and customer/external audits including supplying the close out of any non-conformances. You will conduct Q Hold Reviews and maintain Data Management for the ERP system. You will also support the testing programme to ensure adherence to the QMS, TACCP, HACCP and traceability programmes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance/quality control/food safety/environmental standards/organics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Working experience within a similar role and/or a food environment.
  • Awareness of the importance of food safety.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Internal Auditor trained.
