Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Document machine settings and adjustments for quality control purposes.
- Train new operators on machinery and best practices for operation and safety.
Hours of Work
- Monday & Friday: 06:30-15:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 06:00-18:30
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within food production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain product quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
