We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at our potato packing sites in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work

Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 06:00hrs to 14:30hrs

Salary

£14.49 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Support the with the processing of customer orders for the despatch team
  • Supplying information to customers as required
  • Receipt of POD’s(proof of delivery) and contact haulier with any queries with them
  • Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot
  • Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges
  • Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level
  • Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential.
