Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Support Technician for our Fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on supporting production, maximising line performance, and maintaining safe, cost-effective practices.
Shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off, 6am–6pm, with salary depending on experience. You will train staff, validate processes, and support continuous improvement across the production facility.
