Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Despatch Supervisor for our Fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role covers overseeing the despatch team on shift, ensuring loads are built, labelled and despatched accurately, and liaising with hauliers to meet delivery deadlines.
You will lead a small team, maintain safety standards, and ensure paperwork and procedures are followed. This position offers a rolling 4-on/4-off shift pattern with a £13.96 per hour rate.
