Albert Bartlett is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our weekend team, working Saturdays and Sundays. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality and food safety standards during weekend production shifts. Your expertise will support the ongoing commitment to excellence that defines Albert Bartlett as a leader in the potato industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on products and processes during weekend shifts.
  • Support adherence to HACCP, TACCP, and other relevant food safety programs.
  • Collaborate with production staff to maintain high quality standards and resolve any potential issues.
  • Assist with internal quality audits and support external audits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with Albert Bartlett’s quality policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or food safety within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food production.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality recording systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple quality tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
