Join one of the UK’s leading potato suppliers, Albert Bartlett, known for our commitment to quality and innovation since 1948.
We are currently seeking a diligent Wash Plant Operator for our team, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, along with every third Saturday.
In this key position, you will play an integral role in the washing and preparation of potatoes, ensuring that each batch meets our high standards before moving on to production.
Your operational expertise and attention to detail will help us maintain the superior quality that Albert Bartlett is known for.
Responsibilities
- Operate various washing machinery and equipment used in the potato preparation process.
- Ensure that all potatoes are cleaned to the highest standards and ready for processing.
- Perform regular quality control checks and adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment through routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Document production metrics accurately and report any operational issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
