You’ll work closely with teams across the business to identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and provide ongoing advice and support to help our colleagues thrive. Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside managers and Team Leaders to identify and address training needs throughout the business.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs that are engaging and effective.
- Offer guidance and support to employees during their learning journey, answering questions and providing encouragement.
- Help maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Assist in developing new training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the business.
- Experience in a training or development role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various learning management systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting others.
