Join our vibrant team at Albert Bartlett as a Technical Compliance Manager for our Chilled division, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety. In this engaging position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Technical Safety and Quality systems for our delicious chilled products. You will have the opportunity to work closely with production and quality assurance teams, sharing your expertise in HACCP and internal audit processes, ensuring everyone is on board with our high standards. Your role is not just about compliance; it's about fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for coordinating BRC and customer unannounced audits, providing valuable insights and reports to help us enhance our quality systems. With your leadership, we will ensure that our testing programs align with the QMS, TACCP/VACCP, and HACCP initiatives. When the Technical Manager is away, you'll step up and lead the way to ensure that our mission to deliver the best quality products remains uncompromised.
Requirements
