We are on the lookout for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Production Support on the Backshift Monday to Friday. Your Role Includes:
- Assisting in the setup and operation of our production machinery to keep things running smoothly.
- Helping the production team hit their targets by doing a variety of essential tasks throughout your shift.
- Keeping work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure that every potato meets our top-notch standards and reporting any concerns.
- Joining in training sessions to keep learning and growing in your role.
- Being a supportive team member, positively contributing to a friendly work environment.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience is required, but if you have worked in production or manufacturing before, that’s a bonus!
- Great communication skills to work well with your team.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills to assist with quality checks.
- A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Availability to work Backshift from Monday to Friday. Shift timings to be discussed at interview.
Rate of pay: £12.67/hour plus shift allowance
