We are currently looking for reliable Production Operators for our nightshift operations. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring our production processes run smoothly during nighttime hours. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver top-notch potato products to our customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are keen to contribute to a leading brand, we want to hear from you! Working hours are from 8 PM to 4 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with a competitive pay rate starting at £12.21 per hour, plus additional pay for night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery and monitor operations to ensure efficient processing of potato products throughout the night.
  • Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to create a safe and productive work environment.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of products before packaging to ensure they meet company specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Accurately document production metrics and promptly report any issues to the shift supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow and address any challenges that arise.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills relevant to production operations.
