Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic NPD (New Product Development) Graduate to join our innovative Technical team. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in developing new potato products, from concept through to launch, supporting product innovation and continuous improvement across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with formulation and product development trials under the guidance of experienced NPD professionals.
  • Support sensory testing, shelf life assessments, and quality evaluations.
  • Contribute to the documentation and reporting of development projects.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Technical, Production, and Marketing teams.
  • Participate in research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.

Learning & Development

  • Gain practical experience in food science and product development.
  • Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and quality assurance.
  • Build skills in project management, communication, and technical reporting.
